AryanTae is a technology company working across mobile applications, cybersecurity, drone technology, AI-powered automation, and intelligent systems.

Orvix is a digital platform developed by AryanTae to help people connect, discover activities, travel, organise rides, and interact with others through location-based and social features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Orvix may collect, how that information is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.

Please read this policy to understand how your information is handled when you use Orvix.

Information we collect

When you use Orvix, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

• interests and biography information

• ride and activity information

• messages and chat content

• photographs, voice messages, GIFs, and other media you choose to send

• information you provide when contacting support or reporting an issue

We may also collect technical information required to operate the service, such as device information, app version, notification tokens, and service-related diagnostic information.

Location information

Orvix includes location-based features.

If you grant location permission, the app may use your device location to:

• show your own position on the map

• help you discover nearby people, activities, rides, or places

• support gathering points and destinations

• improve location-based features within the app

Your precise location is not intended to become publicly visible simply because location permission is enabled.

Where location information is shared with other users, this will depend on the feature being used and the information you choose to provide.

Profiles and social features

Orvix allows users to create profiles and interact with other users.

Users should avoid adding sensitive personal information to their profile unless they are comfortable with that information being visible to others.

Ride With Me

Orvix includes a feature called Ride With Me.

When this feature is used, Orvix may process information such as:

• the ride creator

• ride participants

• gathering or meeting points

• destination

• departure time

• available passenger seats

• vehicle information

• ride requests

• ride chat messages

This information is used to operate the ride feature and help users coordinate with one another.

Messages and media

Orvix may allow users to communicate using:

• direct messages

• activity chats

• ride chats

• photographs

• GIFs

• voice messages

Messages and media may be stored so that they can be delivered and displayed to the intended users.

Some media may be temporary or may be removed according to our retention practices.

Users are responsible for the content they send through Orvix and must not use the platform to send illegal, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate material.

Notifications
